I stayed at this vintage home for 5 days in October. The room was spotless and cozy, with a nice mattress and well-equipped kitchen. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach and close to grocery shopping and restaurants. The host, Juan Carlos, was very kind and easy to contact. it was a great experience.

The apartment was fairly clean and located just next door to the beach as well as Las Palmas. Down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows were provided in advance.

The safety features here are top-notch, with carbon monoxide detectors and a first aid kit. And oh, there's even a shared dining area and a patio! Who doesn't love a good patio? Definitely a memorable stay.

The only downside was waiting in line for the water adventures with all the other guests. Such a popular attraction!

The common spaces are well-lit and comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The check-in and check-out times were flexible, thanks to the owner's flexibility. The free wi-fi and TV channels in the room were great, and the bathroom was clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the owner even provided an iron and allowed us to use the washing machine. We were lucky to have quiet neighbors, so we could relax and sleep well. our stay was absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend this place.
